The names of 21 more soldiers who lost their lives as a result of the shooting on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border on September 12-13 have been reported by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan on September 15 .

As a result of an armed clash on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border on September 12, both sides suffered losses. Armenia announced it had lost at least 105 servicemen.

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated in a meeting with heads of diplomatic missions on September 14 that Baku considers it important to agree on all terms without negotiating with Yerevan.

According to the minister, Azerbaijan is trying to achieve its demands and claims by using force and threatening to use force in the current geopolitical conditions.

“We expect Azerbaijan to immediately take the following steps: a complete ceasefire, the return of the Azerbaijani armed forces to their original positions, the release of Armenian prisoners of war,” said  Mirzoyan .

Meanwhile, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov affirmed in a meeting with the special representative of the Russian President on international cultural cooperation, Mikhail Shvidkoy, that Azerbaijan has unilaterally offered a humanitarian ceasefire to Armenia.

The information was released by the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .

On September 14, the State Commission on Captives, Missing Citizens, and Hostages of Azerbaijan announced that it is ready to hand over the bodies of up to 100 Armenian servicemen who died on September 12-13 back to Armenia.

TikTok is blocked in Azerbaijan

TikTok social network in Azerbaijan has its access temporarily suspended in Azerbaijan. The State Security Service claims that this step is necessary for containing disinformation about the current disputes.

The Service urged citizens to not believe in information shared on social networks, which, according to it, “is not true and is calculated to create panic among the public”, and to refer only to official information of state institutions.
