The primary focus was to evaluate the treatment of detainees by law enforcement, specifically examining allegations of torture and ill-treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Published findings<a href=\"https:\/\/www.meydan.tv\/az\/article\/beynelxalq-teskilatlarin-gozunde-azerbaycan\/\"> underscored alarming issues<\/a> within Azerbaijan\u2019s justice system, highlighting a lack of progress in addressing torture allegations.
