The decision was made on 15 July at the Baku Court of Appeal, chaired by Judge Elmar Rahimov.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  On 3 September 2020, the Nizami District Court<br \/>\n  <a id=\"45096\" linktype=\"page\"><br \/>\n    sentenced<br \/>\n  <\/a><br \/>\n  Tofig Yagublu to 4 years and 3 months in prison on charges of hooliganism. Yagublu went on hunger strike in protest and as condition worsened, he was transferred from the pre-trial detention center to a clinic. On 18 September 2020, he was released on house arrest. The demonstrators demanded to be let in to view the conditions the stray dogs are living in.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  They were detained by police and then fined 400 AZN for protesting.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <b><br \/>\n    European Movement Azerbaijan Chair Ramin Hajili arrested<br \/>\n  <\/b>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The Azerbaijan European Movement Chair Ramin Hajili was<br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/d9mc3ts4czbpr.cloudfront.net\/az\/article\/european-movement-azerbaijan-chair-ramin-hajili-arrested\/?utm_medium=social-media&amp;utm_source=article&amp;utm_campaign=news\"><br \/>\n    arrested<br \/>\n  <\/a><br \/>\n  at the beginning of this week. This was reported to Meydan TV by the press service of the Prosecutor General&#x27;s Office.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &quot;Ramin Hajili is involved in a criminal case under investigation at the Prosecutor General&#x27;s Office. He was remanded in custody by a court decision&quot;, the prosecutor&#x27;s office said.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  According to another source, Meydan TV, Ramin Hajili is accused in a criminal case involving emigrants.
