\n Azerbaijan\u2019s Central Election Commission (CEC) has

\n announced
\n <\/a>
\n that Ilham Aliyev has been re-elected for his fourth term with 86.3% of the vote.\n<\/p>\n

\n CEC chairman Mazahir Pahahov has announced that as of this morning, out of 3,962,123 total ballots, 3,962,096 have already been counted, leaving only 27 still uncounted.\n<\/p>\n
