These decisions recognized the violation of Articles 5 (the right to freedom and bodily integrity), 6 (the right to a fair trial), 7 (unlawful punishment) and 11 (freedom of assembly) of the European Court&#8217;s Convention on Human Rights in regards to individuals who had formerly gathered at peaceful protests earlier in the year.
