\n “The scenarios implemented in the Middle East have been prepared for Azerbaijan. In 2011-12, some foreign circles talked about the inevitability of the ‘Arab Spring’ in Azerbaijan, and \u00a0made thousands of attempts to destabilize the situation,” Aliyev said. “They wanted to organize ‘Maidan’ in Azerbaijan and ruined the lives of young people who joined the dirty business.”\n<\/p>\n

\n “Millions of dollars \u00a0were spent through NGOs at destabilizing the situation in the country, and the ‘fifth column’ in Azerbaijan were directed to bring to power people Ministering certain circles,” Ilham Aliyev said.\n<\/p>\n

\n “I do not take these processes differently. Only enemies of the Azerbaijani people and the state could participate in these affairs,” he added.\n<\/p>\n

\n Then he spoke about refugees from the Middle East, blaming the West for their problems.\n<\/p>\n
