The film shows the “beautification” works on Nizami Str. in Ganja, Azerbaijan. Residents of the houses torn down by the city administration in order to widen the highway two years ago, complain that their houses are still not rebuilt, despite the administration’s promises. Many pieces of land given to the residents do not have legal paperwork to support the ownership.
