Journalist Ilqar Valiyev was detained in Agdam region earlier today his relatives told Meydan TV.
They are unsure as to his whereabouts. He was detained while on a shooting range in Chiraqli village and was taken away by military officers.
Officials from both Agdam Police Station and Agdam Court have both denied his presence at either institution.
