Bel\u0259 situasiyan\u0131 lat\u0131nlar \u201cemansipasiya\u201d adland\u0131r\u0131blar.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <b><br \/>\n    1. Dominantlar v\u0259 \u0259zil\u0259nl\u0259r<br \/>\n  <\/b>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Dominant qrup d\u00f6vl\u0259ti (h\u0259r iki m\u0259nada) inhisar\u0131na al\u0131b, b\u00fct\u00fcn institutsional hakimiyy\u0259t (parlament, h\u00fcquq m\u00fchafiz\u0259 orqanlar\u0131, m\u0259hk\u0259m\u0259l\u0259r, ordu v\u0259 s.) m\u00f6vqel\u0259ri \u0259l\u0259 ke\u00e7irib, onlar vasit\u0259sil\u0259 c\u0259miyy\u0259t\u0259, onu n\u0259zar\u0259tind\u0259 saxlamaq \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn h\u0259r c\u00fcr t\u0259sir etm\u0259 mexanizml\u0259rin\u0259 malikdir. Qrup \u00f6z\u00fc \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn m\u00fcst\u0259sna s\u0259lahiyy\u0259tl\u0259ri normativl\u0259\u015fdirib. Xalq \u00fcz-\u00fcz\u0259 qald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0259dal\u0259tsiz situasiyan\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcy\u00fc, duydu\u011fu v\u0259 d\u0259rk etdiyi an emansipasiya h\u0259r\u0259kat\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flan\u011f\u0131c\u0131 qoyulur. Bel\u0259likl\u0259, xalq\u0131n \u0259sas\u0131nda \u0259dal\u0259tsizliyin durdu\u011fu \u0259lveri\u015fsiz m\u00f6vqed\u0259n \u0259dal\u0259tli v\u0259 b\u0259rab\u0259rh\u00fcquqlu bir m\u00f6vqe u\u011frunda f\u0259aliyy\u0259ti, birl\u0259\u015fm\u0259si v\u0259 t\u0259\u015fkilatlanmas\u0131 emansipasiya h\u0259r\u0259kat\u0131 adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cG\u00f6r\u00fcn\u0259n k\u0259nd\u0259 b\u0259l\u0259d\u00e7i laz\u0131m olmur\u201d- deyirl\u0259r. Odur ki, bu yaz\u0131da n\u0259 \u0130lham \u018fliyevin ba\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131q etdiyi qrupun dominantl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, n\u0259 d\u0259 Az\u0259rbaycan\u0131n v\u0259 Az\u0259rbaycan xalq\u0131n\u0131n malik oldu\u011fu geni\u015f t\u0259bii s\u0259rv\u0259tl\u0259rin m\u00fcqabilind\u0259 dil\u0259n\u00e7ilikl\u0259 \u00fcz-\u00fcz\u0259 dayanmas\u0131 da daxil, a\u011f\u0131r \u0259dal\u0259tsiz bir situasiyada ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcbut etm\u0259y\u0259 c\u0259hd etm\u0259y\u0259c\u0259yik. Xalq\u0131n irad\u0259 ifad\u0259sinin r\u0259smil\u0259\u015fdirm\u0259yin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 v\u0259 dominant\u0131n qanuni yolla hakimiyy\u0259td\u0259n getm\u0259si qeyri-m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan bir v\u0259ziyy\u0259td\u0259n yazmaq \u00fcmumq\u0259bul edil\u0259nin l\u00fczumsuz \u00e7eyn\u0259nilm\u0259si, h\u0259m d\u0259 bunun \u0259lav\u0259 vaxt itkisi ola bil\u0259c\u0259yini n\u0259z\u0259r\u0259 alaraq, birba\u015fa emansipasiya h\u0259r\u0259katlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fc haqq\u0131nda s\u00f6hb\u0259t a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 vacib hesab edirik.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u015e\u00fcbh\u0259 edil\u0259 bilm\u0259z ki, Az\u0259rbaycan xalq\u0131n\u0131n xilas\u0131 bu g\u00fcn emansipasiya h\u0259r\u0259kat\u0131ndan, bu h\u0259r\u0259kat\u0131n t\u0259\u015fkilind\u0259n, d\u00fczg\u00fcn istiqam\u0259tl\u0259ndirilm\u0259sind\u0259n v\u0259 m\u00fcv\u0259ff\u0259qiyy\u0259tl\u0259 sona \u00e7atd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan ke\u00e7ir. Bu n\u00f6v h\u0259r\u0259katlar xronoloji olaraq hans\u0131 m\u0259rh\u0259l\u0259l\u0259rd\u0259n ke\u00e7ir? Bu bar\u0259d\u0259 sosiologiya elmi n\u0259 deyir? Bel\u0259likl\u0259, bu yaz\u0131da emansipasiya h\u0259r\u0259kat\u0131n\u0131n m\u0259rh\u0259l\u0259l\u0259ri, onu q\u0259l\u0259b\u0259y\u0259 v\u0259 ya iflasa aparan yollar\u0131, qar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda durdu\u011fu v\u0259zif\u0259l\u0259ri v\u0259 dig\u0259r x\u00fcsusiyy\u0259tl\u0259ri bar\u0259d\u0259 dan\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131q.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <b><br \/>\n    2. \u018fdal\u0259tsiz situasiyan\u0131n d\u0259rki<br \/>\n  <\/b>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u00dcmum\u0259n emansipasi h\u0259r\u0259kat\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 m\u0259rh\u0259l\u0259sini (fazas\u0131n\u0131) ay\u0131r\u0131rlar. \u0130lk m\u0259rh\u0259l\u0259, qeyd etdiyimiz kimi, xalq\u0131n \u00fczl\u0259\u015fdiyi \u0259dal\u0259tsiz situasiyan\u0131n d\u0259rki il\u0259 ba\u015flay\u0131r. Bu zaman \u015f\u00fcurlarda \u201cv\u0259ziyy\u0259t bel\u0259 davam ed\u0259 bilm\u0259z, o d\u0259yi\u015film\u0259lidir\u201d fikri artan x\u0259tt il\u0259 gedir.
